About World Floorball Tour (WFT)
WFT is a global non-profit community dedicated to creating extraordinary floorball experiences in exotic locations around the world. Our mission is to make these incredible journeys accessible by keeping costs as low as possible through the generous support of sponsors, federations, and the invaluable contributions of volunteers. Every surplus we generate is reinvested into developing floorball in emerging countries, providing essential equipment and grants to help the sport grow.
At WFT, we are passionate about expanding the reach of floorball, organizing inspiring tours from Europe to Asia and the Middle East. Our tours not only promote the sport but also foster personal growth and cultural exchange among participants, creating a deeper understanding and connection across cultures and borders.
Our journey began in 2023 with our first tour to Inner Mongolia. In 2024, we proudly brought together over 60 Scandinavians to Asia, where they competed in matches and cups across China (Shanghai), the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia.

2025 Autumn Adventures:
We are planning a trip to the Philippines in the autumn of 2025. The trip will visit a modern bathing resort as well as a newly built pure floorball arena.

The Lovely Founders
Several fantastic key persons in Scandinavia, Asia and the Middle East have been instrumental to getting the World Floorball Tour community off the ground. Especially Rune and Asims immense passion for developing floorball globally has been a driving force behind the start and success of the World Floorball Tour (WFT).
Asim Kiyani
Asim is a successful and visionary entrepreneur as well as General Secretary of the Pakistani Floorball Federation and a dedicated member of the Asian Oceanic Floorball Federation.
His enthusiasm and positive attitude, combined with his extensive network of international contacts, have been instrumental in bringing WFT to life.
Asim's contributions to the floorball world are invaluable, and his vision for the future of the sport is truly inspiring. Without his tireless dedication and unwavering support, the World Floorball Tour would not have become the vibrant and exciting community it is today. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership and look forward to many more successful journeys under his guidance.
Rune Brunborg
Rune is a successful Norwegian business leader and entrepreneur, and brings a wealth of strategy and management experience from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
After being introduced to floorball at a late stage, he has since developed a deep passion for advancing the sport both locally and globally. Rune leverages his strategic and structural expertise from the business world to foster cooperation and build connections across clubs and across national borders. His dedication and innovative approach are invaluable assets to the floorball community, driving the sport's growth and uniting enthusiasts worldwide.

We need help in co-ordinating regional groups, e.g. a regional team. Please let us know if you could be interested in being a local community leader or if you want to arrange one or more participating teams. It could be a club, or a co-operation between clubs.

Upcoming tours
Join us on our upcoming tours where you'll experience amazing destinations and unforgettable adventures. Each tour is carefully curated to provide the best experiences possible.
- All-inclusive, fantastic adventure (transportation to/from Europe, local transportation, accommodation, food) and at least 6 matches.
- SPA-treatment included, guide for shopping, guide for walking on paths in rural village included. Possibility to add on one night in a Yurt
- A lot of the cost covered by the federation and sponsors

- The matches are at different levels, from the best senior teams in China to below average youth teams.
- Singapore is a must see, and we will have local guides unlocking hidden gems of the city.
- Transportation to/from Europe, all inclusive (transportation, accommodation, food) and at least 5 matches.
- At least two matches against a national team in their warm up for the World Games. We'll also get free tickets to World Games events.
- Local guides unlocking hidden gems, like visit to the Panda Bears, and a lot of other activities.
- Transportation to/from Europe, all inclusive (transportation, accommodation, food) and at least 16 matches.
- The matches are at different levels, from the best senior teams in China to below average youth teams.
- Singapore is a must see, and we will have local guides unlocking hidden gems of the city.
- At least two matches against a national team in their warm up for the World Games. We'll also get free tickets to World Games events.
- Local guides unlocking hidden gems, like visit to the Panda Bears, and a lot of other activities.
- Transportation to/from Scandinavia, all inclusive (transportation, accommodation, food). Bullet traings between the cities.
- All inclusive (transportation, accommodation, food) and at least 11 matches.
- The matches are at different levels, from the best senior teams in China to National teams to below average youth teams.
